Secure 2026 rates for 2027!

Current Exhibitors will have have first right of refusal on booths through August 31st, 2026.

Pre-Registration Window Ends: September 30th, 2026.

- You can see the show floor map but you will not be able to select a booth.

- You are committing to a specific booth size within a specific hall by completing this registration.

- You will be asked what Hall you would like to be in.

- You will be asked what Booth Number you like. We will do our best to place you by your selection.

- AME staff will contact all registrants to help place booth starting September 1st.

- $500 non-refundable deposit required

- Booth must be paid for in full by December 31, 2026. (the booth, not necessarily the extras like power and carpet).

- AME 2027 rates are in effect starting October 1st, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

All exhibitor cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to the following schedule:

  • Cancel within 7 days of order: Full refund
    (Excludes Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsorships and any orders placed in July)

  • Cancel 8 or more days after order through April 15: 50% refund

  • Cancel between April 16 and June 11: 20% refund

  • Cancel after June 11, 2027: No refund

  • $500 Pre-registration deposits are EXCLUDED from this policy.

If the AME is cancelled after June 11, 2027 due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, prorated rates will apply..
