ADVANCED MANUFACTURING EXPO (AME) SPACEKAP GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The Advanced Manufacturing Expo (“AME”), (“Sponsor”).

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The AME SpaceKap Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

• On-site entries will be accepted only during the Advanced Manufacturing Expo on July 29–30, 2026 at DeVos Place, Grand Rapids, Michigan.

• Mail-in entries must be received by July 31, 2026 (not postmarked).

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Entries are limited to one (1) per person or business entity.

Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are eligible to enter; however, Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant at its discretion.

Void where prohibited.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. On-Site Entry

Visit the SpaceKap booth at the Advanced Manufacturing Expo and complete the official entry form.

B. Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry – AMOE)

To enter without attending, hand-print your full name, business name (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be received by July 31, 2026.

5. ENTRY LIMIT

Limit one (1) entry per person or business entity for the entire Promotion Period. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Diablo SpaceKap

• One (1) installation kit (specific to winner’s vehicle)

• One (1) backup camera kit

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $11,000 USD

7. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about August 5, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via phone and email.

The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. PRIZE CONDITIONS

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the following conditions:

• Winner must arrange pickup of the prize within fourteen (14) business days of notification.

• Winner is solely responsible for transportation of the prize via flatbed trailer or other appropriate means at their own expense.

• Winner must specify the required installation kit (make/model compatibility) within fourteen (14) business days of notification.

• Installation services are not included. Any installation costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

10. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

Winner must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the prize. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

13. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, business name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

14. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices and will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes.

15. WINNER LIST

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the drawing date.

16. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. DISQUALIFICATION; FRAUD; TAMPERING

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entity it finds to be:

• Tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes

• Violating the Official Rules

• Submitting multiple entries beyond the stated limit, including through the use of multiple identities, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, mailing addresses, or any other method designed to circumvent the entry limits

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized methods to submit entries

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, commercial sweepstakes subscription, or other automated means are void.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter (or the natural person associated with a mail-in entry) will be deemed the entrant, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries from any individual or entity who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes and may pursue legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

18. VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY; INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

The prize includes a vehicle-specific installation kit; however, Sponsor does not guarantee compatibility with any particular vehicle.

Winner is solely responsible for:

• Confirming that their vehicle is compatible with the Diablo SpaceKap and selected installation kit

• Providing accurate vehicle make, model, year, and configuration information within the required timeframe

• Ensuring their vehicle is in suitable condition for installation

Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• Fitment, compatibility, or suitability of the prize for the winner’s vehicle

• Installation requirements or outcomes

• Compliance with local laws, regulations, or vehicle modifications

Installation services are not included. Any installation, modification, or use of the prize is at the sole risk and expense of the winner.

Sponsor shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or issues arising from:

• Incompatibility with the winner’s vehicle

• Improper installation or use

• Modifications required to accommodate the prize

No substitution, modification, or cash equivalent will be provided if the prize is incompatible with the winner’s vehicle.
