Profile Access & Editing orders

When you register as an exhibitor our system (powered by Map-D) will create an Exhibitor Profile. The person that crated the profile is by default the “Admin” of he profile (there can only be one admin). The Admin will receive an email inviting them to access the Exhibitor Profile. This email is a system generated “account-invitation@mg.map-dynamics.com” so please check Spam/Junk filters. Please bookmark the link withing said email as it is specific to your company/business. Should you misplace the link you can click here for the general Admin login screen.

Your profile is very important for not only you but also show organizers as well as show attendees. If you fail to properly fill out your profile the AME will not be able to promote your company through social media or any other outlets. Without a properly populated profile you may not be listed in the program. The cut off date for the program is 6/26/2026. 7/1/2026 is the cut off date for show marketing such as social postings or pre-show teasers.


Need to make changes to your Exhibitor Profile?
As Admin you will have full access to your profile from the tire you register until the show ends. There is no cut off date for editing Exhibitor Profiles.

How do I add or revise our order?
Admin can access their order via the Exhibitor Profile. Once in your profile you will see a large blue button “Need to purchase booth services? Click Here.” Please see picture below. This will allow you to add to your existing order. For Example booth extras such as; power, lunches, party tickets, tables, chairs, carpet, etc., can all be added after your initial registration. Admin will have the ability to add through 6/26/2026. After 6/26/2026 Admin will no longer be able to add to their orders. Please make sure you have everything you need prior to system close. If you need to remove a purchased item or you would like to move booth locations, you will need to contact AME staff for assistance. They can be reached at: info@advancedmanufacturingexpo.com.

Starting 6/27/26 all booth extra orders (power, lunches, air, tables, chairs, carpet, etc.) as well as revisions to existing orders will need to go directly through ArtCraft or DeVos Place based on service/need. New exhibitor reservations will still use the interactive map to select and pay for your booth, but that is all the system will allow. You will need to fill out the appropriate form(s) (below) and pay ArtCraft or DeVos Place directly. For additional trade show furnishings other then what you saw during your registration process you may use the ArtCraft Exhibitor Kit linked below.

The full “Art Craft Exhibitor Kit” linked above, offers elements that were not listed during registration. Should you need something additional for your booth this is where you will likely find it.

Please plan accordingly and get your orders in before 6/26/2026. ***

If you are the Admin of your Exhibitor Profile you may not block the AME’s email addresses “info@advancedmanufacturingexpo.com” and “no-reply@map-dynamics.com.” We keep our communications to a minimum and must be able to communicate with the admin. If the AME email continues to be blocked your reservation may be canceled and no refund will be afforded.
