The Admin of you Exhibitor profile for 2026 will receive an email from noreply@getvfairs.com (check junk & spam filters) 30 days before show time. Multiple profiles/credentials under a single company prolife is possible. The Admin will have the ability to invite other staff members.

Exhibitor WIFI
Free WIFI will be provided for Exhibitors. Attendees will not have access to the WIFI. The member of your team that picks up your Exhibitor Packet of materials upon check-in will receive the login and password. If you feel your company will need a dedicated hardline or separate SSID you will need to order that directly though the venue (DeVos Place) via this link.
