Exhibitor registration

The Advanced Manufacturing Expo (AME) utilizes a interactive map registration system powered by Map-Dynamics/Eventdex. The system will allow you to hover your cursor over any available booth see the rate. After you select the booth you’d like to exhibit in you will have the ability to add the most common elements for your booth such as; Air, Power, Water, Extra Tables/Chairs, Networking Party and even Lunches delivered right to your booth. Much more as well all integrated in to one single registration portal.

If you are interested in presenting in one of our Speaker Sessions/Breakout Rooms, Show Sponsorships, or Program Advertising, these may also be ordered via our registration system.

Our one-stop-registration system is unlike any other show by making Exhibitor Registration quick, easy and streamlined saving exhibitors a great deal of time and energy.

As great as our system is we do have cut-off/deadline on when our it will close. After 6/25/27 our system will only allow you to select and pay for your Booth (if available) and Networking Party Tickets (if available). The system will be 100% closed 7/30/27.

This process will register your company for the show, not your staff. The only automatically registered staff member will be the Admin of your profile whether they plan on attending or not. This is the system default. All staff will need to register to attend via this link (will be live by Sept 30, 2027).

NEW for 2027!

Invoicing and $500 deposit. Here is how is works:
- All orders placed now through May 31st will require a $500 deposit OR the order can be paid for in full at checkout.
- Any orders placed June 1st on will be required to pay in full at the time of checkout.
- We will operate on standard Net 30 Terms through 2/28/27. Stating 3/01/27 a tiered schedule will apply (see below).

Invoicing Window (Tiered) based on order date:
9/15/26-2/28/27 - Standard Net 30 terms (30,60,90) Any orders not paid in full at the end of 90 days will be null and void without refund.
3/01/27-3/31/27 - Reduced Net 30 terms (30,60) Any orders not paid in full at the end of 60 days will be null and void without refund.
4/01/27-4/30/27 - Reduced Net 30 terms (30) Any orders not paid in full at the end of 60 days will be null and void without refund.
5/01/27-5/31/27 - Up to 30 days to pay. Any orders not paid in full 5/31/27 will be null and void without refund.

- Order Conformation Email
- Invoice Email
- Invitation to access you Exhibitro Profile
