Exhibitor registration

The Advanced Manufacturing Expo (AME) utilizes a interactive map registration system powered by Map-Dynamics (Map-D). The system will allow you to hover your cursor over any available booth see the rate. After you select the booth you’d like to exhibit in you will have the ability to add the most common elements for your booth such as; Air, Power, Water, Extra Tables/Chairs, Networking Party and even Lunches delivered right to your booth. Much more as well all integrated in to one single registration portal.

If you are interested in presenting in one of our Speaker Sessions/Breakout Rooms, Show Sponsorships, or Program Advertising, these may also be ordered via our registration system.

Our one-stop-registration system is unlike any other show by making Exhibitor Registration quick, easy and streamlined saving exhibitors a great deal of time and energy.

As great as our system is we do have cut-off/deadline on when our it will close. After 6/26/26 our system will only allow you to select and pay for your Booth (if available) and Networking Party Tickets (if available). The system will be 100% closed 7/22/26.

AME 2026 Exhibitor Registration

TIP - If you would like to get an idea on your total investment, our system will allow you to build your entire order with all extras. When you get tot he checkout screen you simply do not proceed. Within 45 minutes of a failed checkout, the booth you selected to generate your estimate will be release back into the available booth pool. You will have to reenter your company information should you not complete checkout but you will have your estimate.



Cancellation Policy

All exhibitor cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to the following schedule:

  • Cancel within 7 days of order: Full refund
    (Excludes Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsorships and any orders placed in July)

  • Cancel 8 or more days after order through April 15: 50% refund

  • Cancel between April 16 and June 10: 20% refund

  • Cancel after June 10: No refund

If the AME is cancelled after May 1 due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, prorated rates will apply..
